Часть вторая

Комитет игроков или Комитет штрейкбрехеров?
Формирование Комитета игроков(далее КИ).
В первой части (http://belarus.fmjd.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1121) я писал о заговоре нескольких членов руководства ФМЖД против двух сильнейших игроков женщин 2017 года, с целью не допустить их в ЧМ 2017 в Таллинне .
В этой ситуации большие надежды на справедливое решение вопроса могли быть связаны с вновь созданным Комитетом игроков.
Я весьма пессимистично оценивал возможную эффективность действий этого Комитета и не принимал участие в выборах по следующей причине.
Во-первых, электронное голосование не может быть секретным, так как те, кто проводят его, видят, как идёт голосование и имеют возможности для манипуляций..
Во-вторых, основная цель такого Комитета состоит в том, чтобы противодействовать произволу отдельных деятелей из руководства ФМЖД и таким образом отстаивать законные интересы игроков. Однако всё было сделано в спешке и под контролем Ф.Теера, Я.Павлицкого и Г.Оттена, которые более всего преуспели в многочисленных нарушениях и манипуляциях с Уставом и правилами.
Свою заинтересованность в нужном подборе членов Комитета они дезавуировали, предоставив себе возможность ввести одного члена. Причём сделали это в присущей им манере, игнорирующей мнение игроков.
Ю.Аникеев набрал 4 голоса из 35ти . То,есть ему было выражено недоверие игроками. 3е проходное место с 9ю голосами занял Б.Бутулис-опытный адвокат. Тем, кто привык жульничать, никак нельзя было допустить адвоката, и поэтому ими был включён Ю.Аникеев.

Кого и как представлял этот Комитет в вопросах, связанных с ЧМ2017?
Пока остановимся на женском ЧМ2017. К мужскому ЧМ2017 значительно больше вопросов. Об этом позже.
Итак, главные страсти разгорелись вокруг формирования состава .
Как повёл себя в этой ситуации Комитет игроков?
Создалось впечатление, что Комитет превратился в секретный орган ФМЖД-никакой публичности и никаких контактов с игроками. Только Ю.Аникеев в фейсбуке твердил одно и тоже - В.Мотричко не имеет шансов быть включённой в чемпионат мира, так как в чемпионате Европы заняла 12е место. Уже были включены в состав 14е,16е и 17е места, а он всё не унимался. Наконец, отдали место игроку, не участвовавшем в отборе ,но и это не повлияло на его маниакальную настойчивость. Оказанное ему доверие руководством ФМЖД он оправдал более, чем на 100%.
Основной аргумент он изложил в письме к В.Мотричко и членам ИК-нас четверо ,а ты одна. Так что должна подчиниться нашему мнению. Правила у них сомнений не вызывали.
А как быть этим четверым после Заявления двадцати гроссмейстеров, публично изложенного мнения А.Георгиева, и других гроссмейстеров, не захотевших публичности, но поддержавших В.Мотричко и М.Ноговицыну?
А как быть с мнением 80% женщин, которые проголосовали за В.Мотричко.? Могут ли эти четверо привести хоть одно мнение в свою поддержку? Желательно аргументированное, как это сделали гроссмейстеры?
Причём соблюдение правил, на которые указывает Ю.Аникеев, не являлось главной целью, так как второй представитель Нидерландов и третий от Латвии были допущены вопреки этим правилам.

Комитет игроков — соучастник театра абсурда, созданного Я.Павлицким и К“
У Комитета игроков было достаточно времени, чтобы не допустить абсурдные решения Я.Павлицкого.
Как могло случиться, что Россия, игроки которой в квалификационном чемпионате Европы заняла 1,2,3,6,8е места ,получила два места в ЧМ2017, а Латвия с одним 16м местом получила три? Причём для игроков Латвии это был сюрприз и они на третье место не претендовали. Голландия с местами 14,17,18 получила, столько же мест, сколько Россия. Вместо того, чтобы с помощью резервных мест смягчить ситуацию ,чего хотели все, или поддержать предложения мои ,А.Георгиева, А.Пресмана и других гроссмейстеров, КИ ,не предъявляя аргументы, поддержал Я.Павлицкого.

Может быть члены КИ отстаивали интересы шашечного спорта?
Напомню, что самую большую популярность шашечный спорт имеет в Республике Саха, бывшая Якутия и М.Ноговицына оттуда . Её участие вызывало большой интерес. И не только в своём регионе. Об Украине, откуда В.Мотричко(кстати и Ю.Аникеев), и говорить нечего, так как сейчас, как никогда, эта страна рада спортивным успехам.
Наконец, на примере успешных федераций в индивидуальных видах спорта не включение 1х номеров рейтинга в чемпионат мира или другие важнейшие турниры абсолютно исключено. В ФМЖД это стало нормой.
Очевидно, что КИ действовал против игроков.

Обращение В.Думеш в КИ
Виталия обратилась с жалобой в связи с тем, что после турнира в Суринаме Директор турниров Я. Павлицкий изменил результаты, тем самым нанеся ей ущерб. КИ переслал ответ Ф.Тееру, тот ответил . КИ переслал этот отрицательный ответ Виталии, опять подыгрывая Я.Павлицкому, создавая очередной прецедент.

Учитывая то, что жалобы В.Мотричко и В.Думеш не получили поддержки ИК,я, как игрок , хочу получить ответ на поставленные женщинами вопросы:
1. Может ли кто либо вообще изменить результаты после турнира ?
2. Голландия и Латвия получили 1е и 2е резервные места. Приведите, пожалуйста, правила, согласно которым эти страны получили затем соответственно второе и третье дополнительные места в ЧМ2017.
3. Согласно правилам резервный лист определяется решением Исполнительного Комитета ФМЖД минимум за один месяц до начала. Приведите ,пожалуйста, это решение и резервный лист.

Чтобы всё стало окончательно ясно, хочу привести фрагмент ответа Х.Оттена на официальный запрос В.Мотричко по поводу несогласия с трактовкой правил Я.Павлицкого.
Х.Оттен приложил письмо Я.Павлицкого как ответ. Я привожу фрагменты, касающиеся личности В.Мотричко(оригинал в английской версии ниже)
«... Для меня она очень эгоцентричная, далекая от духа спорта»....
«Просто последний мой комментарий .... это спорт, и все возможно, но я не буду счастлив, когда она(В.Мотричко) станет чемпионом мира в будущем. У нас более симпатичные и не менее талантливые звезды, такие как Ноговицына, Идрисова, Чеснокова, Платонова, Шестакова ... Но, конечно, это мнение и комментарии Яцека, а не ТД(Директор Турниров ) ».

Тут нечего комментировать. Неадекватность очевидна. Можно определённо констатировать,что господин Я. Павлицкий признался в своей необъективности(мягко говоря) и ,соответственно, не может занимать позицию Директора Турниров.

Formation of the Committee of Players (hereinafter – the CoP)
In Part One (http://belarus.fmjd.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1121), I wrote about a conspiracy of several leaders of the FMJD (World Draughts Federation) against two strongest women players of 2017 with the aim to prevent them from playing at the 2017 World Championships in Tallinn.
In this situation, great hopes for a fair solution of the problem could be associated with the newly created Committee of Players (CoP).
I was very pessimistic as to any possible impact of the CoP, and did not take part in the elections for the following reasons:
Firstly, electronic voting cannot be secret, since those, who are conducting it, see how voting is going on and have opportunities for manipulations.
Secondly, the main mission of the CoP is to oppose the arbitrariness of certain individuals from the leadership of the FMJD, and thus defend the legitimate interests of players. However, everything was done in a hurry and under the control of F. Teer, J. Pawlicki and H. Otten, who had been most successful in numerous violations of and manipulations with the Charter and Regulations.
They have disclosed their interest in selecting the "proper" members of the CoP by using the chance to introduce one member thereto. And they did it in their typical manner by ignoring the opinion of players.
Yu. Anikeev has won 4 votes out of 35; that is, he faced a lack of players' confidence. The third place was taken by B. Butulis, an experienced lawyer, with 9 votes. Those, who are keen in cheating, found it impossible to have a lawyer among them; therefore, they included Yu. Anikeev into the CoP.
Whom and how did this CoP represent in matters related to the WChs-2017?
So far, let us talk about the Women's World Championships-2017 (WChs-2017). There are much more questions to the Men's WChs-2017; but about this later.
Thus, the main passions flared around the formation of the composition of players.
How did the CoP behave in this situation?
An impression appeared that the CoP became a secret organ of the FMJD – no publicity and no contacts with players. Only Yu. Anikeev in the Facebook was stressing one and the same thing: V. Motrichko has no chance to be included in the WChs-2017, as in the European Championships she took the 12th place. They had already included the 14th, 16th and 17th places, but he could not stop. Finally, they gave a place to the player, who had not participated in the selection competition at all, but this did not affect his maniacal perseverance. He had justified by more than 100% the trust vested to him by the FMJD leadership.
He presented his main argument in his letter to V. Motrichko and members of the CoP as follows: there are four of us – and you are alone. So, you must obey our opinion. They had no doubts about the correctness of rules and regulations.
But what should these four do after the statement of twenty grandmasters, the publicly expressed opinion of A. Georgiev and other grandmasters who did not want publicity, but who supported V. Motrichko and M. Nogovitsyna?
And what about the opinion of 80% of women who voted for V. Motrichko? Can these four give at least one opinion in their support? It is desirable to have it duly justified and reasoned, as the grandmasters did.
Moreover, the observance of the rules, which Yu. Anikeev had indicated, was not the main goal, since the second player from the Netherlands and the third one from Latvia were admitted to the WChs-2017 contrary to these rules.

The CoP had enough time not to admit the absurd decisions of J. Pawlicki.
How could it happen that Russia, whose players at the qualifying European Championships took the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 8th places, received two places in the WChs-2017, but Latvia with one 16th place received three places? It was a surprise for Latvian players themselves – they did not claim the third place. The Netherlands with their 14th, 17th and 18th places received as many places as Russia. Instead of using the reserve places to somehow soften the situation, which everyone wanted, or to support the proposals of A. Georgiev, A. Presman, myself and other grandmasters, the CoP, without presenting any arguments, has supported J. Pawlicki.
Maybe the CoP members defended the interests of the sport of draughts?
Let me remind you that draughts have the highest popularity in the Republic of Sakha, the former Yakutia, and M. Nogovitsyna is from there. Her participation had aroused a great interest; and not only in her region. To say nothing about Ukraine, where V. Motrichko (by the way, as well as Yu. Anikeev) is from, where now, as never before, people are happy with any sports successes.
Finally, if we take the example of successful federations in individual sports, the inclusion of first numbers in ratings into World Championships or other major tournaments is absolutely impossible. But it has become a norm at the FMJD. It is obvious that the CoP has acted against the players.
V. Dumesh's appeal to the CoP
Vitaliya Dumesh has submitted her complaint about the fact that after the tournament in Suriname, J. Pawlicki, the tournament director, changed the results, thereby causing damage to her. The CoP sent the complaint to F. Teer, and he replied to it. The CoP sent this negative reply to Vitaliya, again playing on the side of J. Pawlicki and creating another precedent.
Given the fact that the complaints of V. Motrichko and V. Dumesh were not supported by the CoP, I, as a player, want to get answers from CoP to the following questions raised by women:
• Can anyone at all change the results after the tournament?
• The Netherlands and Latvia received the 1st and the 2nd reserve places. Please, quote me the rules according to which these countries received respectively the second and third reserve places at the WChs-2017.
• According to the rules, the reserve list is defined by the decision of the Executive Committee of the FMJD at least one month in advance. Could you please present this decision and the reserve list?
To make everything clear, I hereby present a fragment of answer to V. Motrichko's official request stating her disagreement with the interpretation of the rules by J. Pawlicki.
H. Otten has attached a letter by J. Pawlicki as an answer. I took fragments concerning the personality of the V.Motrichko: ”...For me she is very egocentric person, far away from spirit of sport.”... «Just last my comment.... this is sport and everything is possible, but I will not be happy when she becomes a World Champion in the future. We have more sympathetic and not less talented stars like Nogovitcyna, Idrisova, Cesnkova, Platonova, Shestakova, ... But of course it is opinion and comments by Jacek not TD( Tournament Director).»
There is nothing to comment on. Inadequacy is obvious. Thus, we can definitely state that Mr Pawlicki has confessed of his biased position(to put it mildly), and, accordingly, he should not take the post of the Tournament Director.
Who and in what manner has transformed the Men's World Championships-2017 into a disgusting "farce"?
I intend to deal with this issue a bit later.
