Протест белорусской федерации

Белорусская федерация шашек ознакомилась с окончательным составом финала Кубка мира. Для нас стало неожиданностью, что в нём не оказалось белорусских участниц, занявших в квалификации 7 и 8е места.В очередной раз господин Павлицкий, формировавший состав, нарушил правила отбора:
“FMJD World Cup
Every player participating in an event included into the World Cup system gets World Cup points (WCP).
There is a general world cup classification and a women's world cup classification.”
Принцип отбора на финал Кубка мира для нас остается загадкой. Почему игроки, которые не сыграли ни в одном из этапов кубка мира за год, попали в список участников?Почему отбор проводится на основании турниров, в положении которых не говорится ни слова о Кубке мира?
Формирование состава финала Кубка мира - официального турнира ФМЖД - господином Павлицким, президентом федерации шашек Польши так, как ему хочется, противоречит всем спортивным и этическим нормам.
В связи с вышеизложенным, предлагаем в течение 3-х дней пересмотреть состав участников финала в соответствии со спортивными принципами и на основании классификации Кубка мира.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Belarus draughts federation have read the final list of the participants of the World cup event that will be held in Ufa in March. We were surprised that two Belarus female players (number 7 and 8 in the general world cup classification) are not presented on the list. It proves once again that Mr. Pawlicki, who formed the list, violated the selection rules for the World Сup events:
“FMJD World Cup
Every player participating in an event included into the World Cup system gets World Cup points (WCP).
There is a general world cup classification and a women's world cup classification.”
The selection proccess seems uclear to us, why some players who did not even play any World Cup tournament within the year are included on the list? Why the selection is made on the base of the tournaments which regulations do not mention any word about the World Cup.
The list of the participants of the World Cup Final, official FMJD tournament, formed by Mr. Pawlicki (President of the Polish draughts federation) onhis own initiative, does not correspond to sport ethics.
Belarus draughts federation kindly request to review the list of the participants on the base of the World Cup classifictaion within next three days.
