Чемпионат мира 2017 среди мужчин по шашкам 100.
Кто и как раздаёт места в чемпионат?
Я уже писал о том, что Директор Турниров Я. Павлицкий постоянно изменяет правила.
Особенно ярко это проявилось при комплектовании участников чемпионата мира 2017 среди мужчин.
В правилах он оправдывает последние изменения целью: «дать шанс играть в ЧМ 2017 топ игрокам без лимитов для стран.»
Посмотрим, как действия директора турниров соответствуют цели.
Также необходимо рассматривать эти действия на соответствие духу спорта, который является любимым аргументом Я.Павлицкого. В отсутствие этого духа спорта он обвинил 1го номера в женском рейтинге. Правда, пример личного спортивного духа ему приводить сложно с крайне низким рейтингом -1955 (3167е место).
Поэтому, он обвиняет в отсутствии спортивного духа тех, кто критикует его действия.
Дух шашечного спорта в ЧМ2017 среди мужчин.
Этот дух навязан Я.Павлицким .
Начнём с квалификации и комплектования состава.
1. ЧМ 2017 проводился в октябре. Однако, никакие результаты официальных международных турниров 2017 года не учитывались. Более того, большое количество мест были получены игроками из турниров Кубка мира с учётом результатов, начиная с 1го января 2015 года.
Как могло случиться,что турниры проводившиеся до ЧМ2015, стали затем квалификационными к ЧМ 2017.
Когда подобные фокусы повторяются многократно, то можно говорить о преднамеренном жульничестве.
2.Место, как подарок от Президента ФМЖД.
3. Место,как подарок от Я.Павлицкого коллеге по Исполнительному совету ФМЖД Ф. Тееру . Это место -демонстрация злоупотребления властью. Фактически, предлагалось оно для игроков с низким рейтингом- меньше 2200 на момент 1го января 2015года, за 3 года до ЧМ2017. Опять-таки задним числом, когда результаты большинства турниров 2015 года были известны и было очевидно,что это подарок для Ф.Теера. Более того, принималось решение тогда, когда рейтинг Ф.Теера был уже выше,чем 2200.
Это не дух спорта, это жульничество.
Ехали на курорт отдохнуть и попить пива, а оказались участниками ЧМ2017
На турнирах в Салоу (Испания) обычно из 130-140 игроков более половины представляют Нидерланды. Большинство из них привлекает возможность отдохнуть на курорте. Их рейтинги и уровень игры очень далеки от уровня сильных игроков.
Можно представить, их удивление,когда незадолго до ЧМ2017 некоторые из них получили резервные места и приглашение играть в ЧМ2017. Часть из них ответили отказом,так как справедливо посчитали, что их уровень игры и рейтинги никак не соответствует чемпионатам мира. Например, рейтинг Яна Терпстра находится, примерно, на 1500м месте.
В то же время успешно выступивший в Чемпионате Европы международный гроссмейстер Йос Стоккел должен был уступить своё место в ЧМ2017 из-за ограничения-не больше 2х голландских игроков могли квалифицироваться из ЧЕ.
Из чемпионата Голландии2017 сильные международные гроссмейстеры, как Ауке Схолма(24й рейтинг) не попали в ЧМ 2017,так как получили только 1 место для отбора. В очередной раз не оказалось места для 6го в рейтинге М.Долфинга.
То есть, для сильных гроссмейстеров Я. Павлицкий придумывает ограничения, а для слабых с низким рейтингом, которые не играли в квалификационных чемпионатах Европы и страны -никаких ограничений.
Казус(ребус) Александра Георгиева.
Как известно, Александр отказался играть в ЧМ2017. Последний срок формирования резервного листа согласно правилам-месяц до начала чемпионатов мира. Однако, за несколько дней до начала ЧМ2017 А.Георгиев ,по-видимому, считая, что чемпионат мира превращают ,образно говоря, в мусоропровод, изменил своё мнение и сообщил, что он готов играть.
Перед «специалистом» Я.Павлицким возникла проблема-соединить несоединимое.
С одной стороны — не допустить 2е место в рейтинге, когда уже допущены дети, женщины и игроки по уровню игры не соответствующие чемпионату мира, выглядит абсурдно.
С другой стороны - допустить А.Георгиева вопреки своим дурацким правилам невозможно,так как по этим своим правилам он не допустил первых номеров В.Мотричко и М.Ноговицыну в женский ЧМ2017.
Этот деликатный момент учёл Александр, предложив допустить сильнейших женщин в женский чемпионат. И даже готов был обеспечить их приём во время чемпионата.
На это Я. Павлицкий пойти не мог. Оказалось, что у него были и личностные причины, в которых он признался( смотрите его письмо http://belarus.fmjd.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1125 ).
Тогда,вместо спортивного решения , он идёт на очередной жульнический шаг. Согласно правилам он должен был представить резервный лист, который должен был добавляться фамилиями игроков согласно критериям. Вместо этого он посылает в национальные федерации письмо без имён и, естественно, федерации на это письмо не отреагировали. Смешно даже думать, что из 500 человек -участников турниров Кубка мира никто не хотел играть в ЧМ2017. Во всяком случае, голландские игроки из клуба, за который я играю, ответили,что безусловно согласились бы играть ,но никакой информации из КНДБ. не получили.
Как реагировал Комитет игроков?
Судя по их молчанию, они вели себя совсем не так, как в аналогичной ситуации против беззащитных женщин. Даже Ю.Аникеева не было слышно. Более того, есть все основания считать, что они воспользовались ситуацией в своих личных целях, в очередной раз продемонстрировав конфликт интересов.
Учитывая то, что группы были совершенно не равны, Я.Павлицкий должен был включить А.Георгиева в самую слабую группу.
Однако Я.Павлицкий принял абсолютно неприемлемое для спорта решение- за 2 дня до начала он решил провести новую жеребьёвку и изменить составы групп.
В индивидуальных видах спорта всегда выбывшего заменяет запасной. Проведение новой жеребьёвки абсолютно исключено. Как это возможно? Игроки готовятся к противникам, анализируют их партии ,тратят много времени на подготовку, а тут некий Я. Павлицкий, приклеившийся к шашечному спорту , вдруг, демонстрирует не только неуважение к игрокам ,но и к их подготовке к чемпионату.
Конечно, он решил угодить членам Комитета Игроков, так как они попали в крайне неприятные группы. Очевидно, что Комитет Игроков должен был запретить ему подобные действия ,а они поддержали. В очередной раз противопоставили себя мнению игроков.
Ссылки на правила, позволяющие(не обязывающие) изменять группы неуместны. Я уже предупреждал, что правила составлялись Я.Павлицким и они никакого отношения к спорту и духу спорта не имеют. Я утверждаю, что большая часть этих правил может использоваться как пособие для жуликов. Данный случай это подтвердил.
Для кого существуют правила и дух спорта?
Из написанного выше можно убедиться, что для некоторых членов ФМЖД ни правил ни духа спорта не существует. С огромным сожалением я должен причислить к их числу и членов Комитета Игроков. Они сами предложили себя в этот Комитет и стремились в него войти. У них было достаточно времени, чтобы не допустить те спортивные преступления, которые творились на их глазах. Они же не только не попытались помочь игрокам и шашечному спорту, но и приняли условия игры тройки руководителей ФМЖД, откровенно поддерживая их действия. Получается, что противоречивые правила использовались только против сильных игроков женщин и мужчин. В этой связи возникает риторический вопрос к членам КИ.
Согласно Аннексу 12 пункт 5. в чемпионатах мира могут играть игроки только тех национальных федераций, которые не имеют долгов перед ФМЖД. На Генеральной Ассамблее 2017 выяснилось, что у Федерации России существовал долг. Несмотря на это, российские игроки, как и другие игроки некоторых федераций незаконно были допущены в ЧМ 2017. Член КИ Алексей Чижов-один из них. Как быть?
Если слепо подходить к правилам, то начинать надо с себя.
Одна из главных проблем ЧМ2017 среди мужчин - ничьи без игры.
Почему это происходит? Кто виноват?

Who and how distributes places in the Championship?
I already wrote about the fact that J. Pawlicki, Director of Tournaments, constantly changes the rules.
This was especially evident when compiling the list of participants of the 2017 Men's World Championship (WC).
In the rules, he justifies the recent changes by the aim "to give a chance to play in the WC for top players out of any country limit)."
Let's see how the Director of Tournaments' actions are consistent with the above aim.
It is also necessary to consider these actions for the compliance of them with the spirit of sports, which is the favourite argument of J. Pawlicki. He accused No. 1 in the women's rating of the absence of this spirit of sports. However, it is difficult for him to personally demonstrate this spirit with his extremely low rating -1955 points (the 3167th place).
That is why he blames those who criticize his actions for the absence of spirit of sports.
Spirit of Sport of Draughts in the Men's WC-2017
This spirit has been imposed by J. Pawlicki.
Let's start with the qualification and selection of participating players.
1. The WC-2017 was held in October. However, no results of official international tournaments of 2017 were taken into account. Moreover, a large number of places were received by players in the tournaments of the World Cup, taking into account the results, starting from January 1, 2015. How could it happen that the tournaments held before the World Championship-2015 became qualifying ones for the World Championship-2017. When such tricks are repeated many times, we can talk about a deliberate scam.
2. Place, as a gift from the President of FMJD.
3. This place was J. Pawlicki's gift to F. Teer, his colleague in the Executive Board of the FMJD. This place is a demonstration of abuse of power. In fact, it was offered for players with a low rating of less than 2200 as of January 1, 2015, that is three years before the WC-2017. Again, retroactively, when the results of most of 2015 tournaments were known, and it was obvious that this was a gift to F. Teer. Moreover, the decision was made when F. Teer's rating was already above 2200. It is not the spirit of sports, it is a scam.
They went to relax at the resort and drink beer, but occurred participants of WC-2017
At tournaments in Salou (Spain), usually, out of 130-140 players, more than half represent the Netherlands. Most of them are attracted by the opportunity to relax at the resort. Their ratings and level of play are very far from the ones of strong players.
One can imagine their surprise when, shortly before the WC-2017, some of them received reserve places and invitations to play at the WC-2017. Some of them responded with a refusal, as they fairly considered that their level of play and ratings did not match the level of the World Championship in any way. For example, the rating of Jan Terpstra is, approximately, at the 1500th place.
At the same time, the international grandmaster Jos Stokkel, who was successful at the European Championship, had to give up his place in the WC-2017 because of the limitation of no more than two players from the Netherlands, who could qualify from the European Championship.
Out of the 2017 Championship of the Netherlands, strong international grandmasters, like Auke Scholma (the 24th rating) failed to qualify for the WC-2017, as they received only one place for the selection. Once again, there was no place for M. Dolphing, the 6th in the rating.
That is, for strong grandmasters J. Pawlicki comes up with some limitations, while for weak ones, having low ratings, who did not play in the qualifying championships of Europe or their countries – there are no limitations.
Casus (rebus) of Alexander Georgiev
As you know, Alexander refused to play in the WC-2017. The deadline for the formation of the reserve list according to the rules is a month before the start of the World Championship. However, a few days before the start of the WC-2017, A. Georgiev, apparently seeing that the World Championship was transformed, figuratively speaking, into a garbage chute, changed his mind and said that he was ready to play.
Thus, the "expert" J. Pawlicki faced a problem – to connect the unconnectable.
On the one hand, it looks absurd not to admit the 2nd place in the rating, when children, women and players with the level of the game not correspond to the World Championship had already been admitted.
On the other hand, to admit A. Georgiev against his stupid rules is impossible, because under these rules, he did not admit the first numbers of the rating, V. Motrichko and M. Nogovitsyna to the Women's WC-2017.
This delicate moment was taken into account by Alexander, who offered to admit the strongest women in the men's championship. He was even ready to ensure their accommodation during the championship.
J. Pawlicki could not do this. It turned out that he had his personal reasons, of which he confessed (see his letter at http://belarus.fmjd.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1125).
Then, instead of a sportive decision, he made another fraudulent step. According to the rules, he was to submit the reserve list, which should be added by players' surnames according to the criteria. Instead, he sent letters to national federations without names and, naturally, federation did not react to this letter. It is ridiculous to even think that out of 500 players, who participated in World Cup tournaments, no one wanted to play in the WC-2017. Anyway, the Dutch players from the club, for which I play, answered that they would certainly agree to play, but they had received no information from the KNDB.
How did the Players' Committee react?
Judging by their silence, they behaved quite differently from the similar situation against defenceless women. Even Y. Anikeev was not heard. Moreover, there is every reason to believe that they took advantage of the situation for their own personal aims, once again demonstrating a conflict of interest.
Considering the fact that the groups were completely unequal, J. Pawlicki had to include A. Georgiev into the weakest group. However, Mr Pawlicki took a decision, absolutely unacceptable decision: two days before the start, he decided to hold a new draw and change the composition of the groups.
In individual sports, a retired player is always replaces by reserve one. Holding a new draw is absolutely excluded. How is this possible? Players are getting ready for particular opponents, analyze their matches, spend a lot of time for preparing; and suddenly, a certain J. Pawlicki, stuck to the sport of draughts, suddenly demonstrates not only disrespect for the players, but also for their preparation for the championship.
Of course, he decided to please the members of the Players' Committee, since they got into extremely unpleasant groups. Obviously, the Players' Committee should have prohibited such his actions, but they supported them. Once again, they opposed themselves to the opinion of players. Any references to rules that allow (not oblige) to change groups are inappropriate. I already warned that the rules were drawn up by J. Pawlicki, and they have nothing to do with the sport and the spirit of sports. I hereby state that most of these rules can be used as a manual for swindlers. The above example has confirmed it.
For whom do rules and spirit of sports exist?
From the aforesaid, one can make sure that for some members of the FMJD, no rules and the spirit of sports ever existed. With great regret, I should include the members of the Players' Committee into this group. They themselves nominated them into this Committee and sought to join it. They had enough time to prevent those sportive crimes that were committed before their eyes. However, they not only failed to try helping players and the sport of draughts, but they also accepted the playing rules of the three leaders of the FMJD, by frankly supporting their actions. It turns out that contradictory rules were used only against strong players – women and men. In this connection, a rhetorical question arises to the members of the Players' Committee.
According to Annex 12, point 5, the players of only those national federations may play in world championships, which have debts to the FMJD. At the 2017 General Assembly, it became clear that the federation of Russia had a debt. Despite this, Russian players, like players of some other federations, were illegally admitted to the WC-2017. Alexei Chizhov, a member of the Players' Committee, is one of them. What to do?
If you blindly follow the rules, you should start from yourself.
